Search: The search engine works similar to the one in yahoo!

Combining search words will narrow the selection. If you type in the words [ cat dog ] those pictures with the words 'cat' and 'dog' anywhere in the caption, keywords or headline will show up. Do not use any jokers, wildcards like '*', '+', '&' '-' signs. No AND or OR.

Just space separate the words, this will make the combination!

You may use double quotes "word" to search for a single word instead of a string.

You can also search for dates, but the date has to be typed in, in a special format YYYYMMDD or parts of it.

ex. [ 19980927] will show all pictures taken in 27th of September 1998.

If you type in [ President 9809 ] all pictures of the President taken in September 1998 will be shown.

The following features are currently not available.

Download hires pictures: (is password protected, please register). Clicking on the little disk button will load the hires picture into your browser. After completing the download, you may save the picture to your local computer. Windows user click with the right mouse button into the picture, Mac user drag&drop or hit the CTRL key while clicking in the picture.

Picture send as e-mail attachment: Alternatively you might let the engine automatically e-mail the hires picture to you. That saves your time, ´cause you don't have to wait for the download. For this click on the mailbox button. But keep in mind, the engine will send the picture to the e-mail address you have pre-registered in the Registration section. If you can't receive bigger attachments on your e-mail address, prefer the direct download!
